General Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all wine-tasting events organized by N.O.A. B.V. doing business as WineTastingAmsterdam.nl (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By making a reservation, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Reservations
1.1. All reservations must be made through our website, authorized resellers, or via direct communication with our team.
1.2. A minimum of 6 guests is required to confirm a booking.
1.3. For groups larger than 6, please specify the number of guests during the reservation process.
2. Payment
2.1. Payments must be completed at least one week before the event date.
2.2. Accepted payment methods include iDeal, PayPal, Debit or credit card and bank transfer].
2.3. Invoices will be issued upon reservation confirmation.
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1. Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the event date are free of charge.
3.2. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event will incur a 50% fee.
3.3. Guests who booked through resellers (e.g., TripAdvisor) must cancel or modify reservations via the reseller platform or contact their representative directly.
4. Guest Requirements
4.1. All participants must be at least 20 years old.
4.2. Guests are responsible for notifying us of dietary restrictions or special requests during the booking process.
5. Event Details
5.1. Wine-tasting sessions typically last 1.5 to 2 hours.
5.2. The event includes a curated selection of wines, water, and palate cleansers (e.g., bread and crackers).
5.3. Optional food pairings can be added at an additional cost and must be pre-ordered during the reservation process.
6. Changes or Cancellations by Us
6.1. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule an event due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to force majeure events.
6.2. In such cases, you will be offered a rescheduled date or a full refund.
7. Liability
7.1. We are not liable for personal injuries, loss, or damage to personal property during the event.
7.2. Guests participate in the wine-tasting event at their own risk.
8. Privacy
8.1. We handle all personal data in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].
8.2. By booking an event, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing Law
9.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
9.2. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
