Hi there! I’m Greccis Exspartalian, and I’m thrilled to welcome you into my world of wine, culture, and unforgettable experiences. Originally from Venezuela, I’ve spent my life exploring the beauty of different countries, immersing myself in art, history, and gastronomy. Now, I’ve made Amsterdam my home, and I can’t wait to share my passion for wine with you!

My journey has been anything but ordinary. I started by studying at the School of Aeronautics and Aviation in Hilversum and then followed my creative heart to the University of Oxford, where I dove deep into architecture and interior design. These experiences ignited my curiosity and gave me a deep appreciation for the beauty that surrounds us.

But my true love? Wine. I’ve dedicated years to mastering the art of wine tasting, starting at the prestigious Peter Klosse Gastronomy Academy, where I became a certified sommelier and wine specialist. My passion led me to Reims, France—the heart of champagne—where I spent three incredible years at L’Académie du Champagne, perfecting my craft and diving into the fascinating world of bubbles.

Living in several European countries has shaped my understanding of gastronomy and design, but most importantly, it’s given me a deep connection to the stories and traditions that wine tells. Every bottle is a journey, and every sip is an adventure I can’t wait to share with you.
